Elaine Parry-Crick is a skilled and experienced trainer, designing and delivering training packages to suit the needs of learners and providers. She has worked to improve the lives of vulnerable people through training and learning around the Youth and Criminal Justice Act, The Safe Guarding of Evidence, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Independent Advocacy, Recruitment, Train the Trainers. She has organised and been a key-note speaker at national, regional and local conferences and events.
She has produced videos and translated information. Elaine provides opportunities for learners and past learners to use their new skills and knowledge within the framework of her training.

Julie Thorpe, as Director, leads the organisation using her experience as a Service Manager in a variety of roles in the private, statutory and voluntary sector. She has worked on many partnership projects, and is a champion for inclusion and engagement.
She has worked in collaboration with organisations such as the British Institute for Learning Disabilities, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, NHS Trent Regional Office, Regional SSI. She has acted as a consultant and adviser on regional and national projects.
