Consultants
- To act as creative consultants, mentors and event organisers to employers and statutory care service providers (for example The police service and Social Services) in the involvement and engagement of people who use their services.
Critical Friends
- To act as a ‘critical friend’ to advise organisations how to take positive steps forward in moving from ‘involvement’ to full engagement with the people they work with or for. We assist employers in recognising the need for clear information to maximise the capabilities and efficiency of their workforce.

Supporting People
- To work with vulnerable people (for example people with mental health needs) to provide training and support them to move into or back into real work experiences to use the new confidence, skills and knowledge they have acquired.

Training
- To design and deliver training packages as required – assisted by people with relevant experience (for example, learning disabilities, mental health needs, family carers) – training for reality with people who have traditionally not been seen as experts with skills to share.

Monitoring Services
- To enable other organisations to effectively monitor services to hear the true voices of their customers. This helps organisations to evaluate the quality and value for money of the service they fund or provide. Our independence ensures that we have no conflict of interest.
Translation of Information
- To translate documents into different formats in order to simplify information (without removing the main facts). We are leaders in this field and our focus is on removing the barriers to inclusion, challenging culture and practice of the use of “business” languages that result in exclusion and poor communication. We combine this with the use of modern technology.
